How does card processing work?
On the Pro plan and above, payments are processed at 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Deposits, prepayments, and post-service charges all use this rate.
What happens if I exceed my included SMS?
Each plan includes 500 SMS per month. Additional messages are billed at $0.02 per SMS, so you only pay for what you use beyond the included allowance.
Do I need to install anything?
No. OneLink is a web-based platform. Your clients book through a mobile-friendly link, and you manage everything from your browser.
Can I add the missed-call text-back feature?
Yes. It is available as a $15/month add-on per phone number on the Starter, Pro, and Team plans, and included in the Multi-Location plan.
